WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our products and the fact that each and every one is handmade with utmost care and quality, we regret to inform you that we are not able to entertain any returns.
We kindly urge you to read through the scent blend descriptions for a thorough idea before ordering.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We ship your orders through Singpost Normal mail or courier. Please let us know if you require Registered Mail or Express Shipping and we will make the necessary arrangements.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED OUT?
All products are handcrafted and packed after orders are received. We strive to mail out all orders between 2 to 3 days upon receipt.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
ARE THE ESSENTIAL OILS SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
Most essential oils are safe for children above 3. In fact, some children with minor respiratory ailments may benefit from oils such as Cedarwood, Eucalyptus and Peppermint. However, there are some oils that should be avoided until they are older.

MY SNIFFY STICK HAS A WEAK SCENT, WHAT'S WRONG?
Don't worry! As our products have NO preservatives and other icky chemicals added, it is normal for them to settle down and seem to be weaker in scent strength.​

We suggest shaking the Sniffy Stick, (with the cap on), up and down twice. Twist off cap and inhale the revived scents!
ARE THERE ANY HARMFUL CHEMICALS OR PRESERVATIVES ADDED TO THE SNIFFY STICKS?
Absolutely not! We are steadfast in our opinion that using only the purest, therapeutic grade essential oils will be the best for good health. None of the bad stuff for you guys!

Our products are made using ONLY therapeutic grade essential oils and nothing else. No Parabens, No Fragrance Compounds, No Phthalates, No Sulfates and Glycols, No Paraffin, No Triclosan or any other harmful compounds.

DO THE PRODUCTS CONTAIN ALCOHOL OR ANIMAL PRODUCTS?
No, they do not! Everything in our store is of plant origin. No dilution with water or alcohol is carried out and the essential oils are used at full strength.

Steam distillation is used to extract the oils, which separates the essence from the plant in vapour form. This is then condensed into liquid oil.
CAN THE AMBIENCE DIFFUSERS BE LEFT UNCAPPED PERMANENTLY?
We would not recommend it as essential oils have excellent vapourisation properties. If left uncapped, the oils may vapourise into the air and the scent will definitely fade.

The best way to use them would be to leave them uncapped for 5 minutes each time and replacing the lid after. This will extend the life of your diffuser.
​
Also, we suggest using them in either an air-conditioned room or under a fan with the windows closed.
​
This product is meant to be for your ambience and are personal diffusers. We love using them when we are at the computer, in bed or resting on the sofa!
